This has nothing to do with the gear per se & whether or not one is better than someone else's design.
My feathers wouldn't have been ruffled if it was just a normal enthusiast over there spouting off in spades like they normally do. That doesn't bother me if it is indeed factual; however, I've found out long ago that other's opinions on speakers are largely irrelevant anyway. To me, remarks coming from a stalwart entity in the speaker building industry in that thread is stepping over the line IMO.

I wonder how much overlap in the tech and design of the PSA vs SVS units. To set them apart it looks like PSA is trying to provide higher output options for a marginal increase in cost vs SVS.
