Hey all,
Run into a little bit of a snag with my basement project. Ran all my audio cables no problem and now I'm onto the tv power cable. Bought a power bridge for the tv power cord but the back of the power bridge sticks out 3 inches or so and it's really snug against the insulation vapour barrier in that wall. I'm sure I could tighten it in place but I fear the pressure from the barrier pushing on the recepticle box would eventually push through my drywall. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. |

I guess my only option is to either wire up a new plug or let the cord dangle in the wall, not exactly code.

for my wall mounted TV, I just used one of those recessed plugs for the power. They are $8 at homedepot
