As to the sub upgrade keep the 350s as you plan on M22. If you were keeping the M80s the 350 may not be enough.

For me I went from the M22 to M80s found the spot I had the M22s set for my room the best place for the M80s, for positioning. Easier to find best placement with the size of the smaller speaker. When I changed to the M80s my SVS PB1000 was totally muted by the range of the 80s.
When I ran it with the M22s it was a wow performer.

Try to fix the gains and reverbs of your room and the 2 EP350s should be totally sufficient. With that complete WOW factor of good clean bass.

Going with Roxul Safe n Sound in three corners. Plus going to build bass traps long the top all way around the room.
Have wall treatments 2x4 three on each side wall first and second point reflections have two on the front wal. On the back wall not sure if I wan going with two panels or a 6 x 4 diffuser.
Will post pick later once I get to work on the rest

Hey Troy. Hows the work with the subs going?

I somehow missed this thread the first time around.

I will add my two cents worth (I still have a stash) to say that in my case, bass trapping did pretty much nothing for me, but EQ using REW made a huge difference.

You need to do a bunch of sweeps to see what is causing your boom.

In my case, I had a 15 dB peak at around 56 Hz that no amount of treatments would take care of. I added three EQ cuts that really cleaned up my bass.

I was left with some narrow holes in the spectrum, one around 70 Hz that neither trapping nor additional EQ would help (square room).
