I have a pair of EP500s that I inherited. Both show the power light on but neither produces any sound. Seems strange the two would go out. Any suggestions. I'm new to Axiom and sent a note to find out if there are replacement parts

I’d check you’re connection at the sub and make sure it’s plugged into the input and not the output.
If it’s plugged in correctly, the next thing to check is if your getting anything out of the sub out on your receiver.
If not the I’d check the receivers setting.

If the light is on, the cable is plugged in to both the sub and receiver, the cable is known to be good, the volume on the sub and receiver are both up, the receiver is turned on and the sub out is known to be good, and the music isn't some pansy flute, I'd say whoever passed those down to you hated you and blew the shite out of them before passing them down in order to make your life miserable.

BTW, there is no input and output on those subs. The two RCA connectors are in parallel. You can connect to either one.

as mojo alluded to, you need to be playing content with some base in it. Oh and set the low pass knob on the sub to it’s highest frequency 150

Also, send a test tone to the sub with your audio processor, after you have made sure the LFE channel is enabled.
