Ya know, it kind of makes sense … if the cabin is empty 1/2 the time why not rent it to people who have to travel to visit the factory.

Maybe they also rent out parts of the factory? Like the anechoic and environmental chambers, the thermoforming machine, the CNC machine, the wave soldering machine, the laser etcher, the titanium forming machine, ... It's an audio super-factory!
