Thanks for all the advice.
I'm not totally worried about grease and oil as we have a pretty spiffy 500 cfm vent hood going in that should get rid of most of the nastiness.
I also think the idea of sideways mounting is a pretty good one. It will def. lower their profile.
It looks like the m3's are the winner here. I'm still tempted by the paradigms but I'm thinking I'd like to give axiom a shot and see what I think.

This could be a costly venture once you try the M3's. Just make sure you set the reserve amount high so you dont loose so much money when you replace your Paradigms with Axiom
