Maybe in the movies that Spiff is watching...

And, btw, what a great and terrible job being a fluffer must be. Talk about getting no recognition for your hard work (so to speak).

Well, someone has to keep the fella excited between scenes while they setup the lights and microphones and have a snack. Though, perhaps with viagra and cialis (sp?) maybe they don't need help anymore.

bigjohn, be VERY careful in your choice of material. I had a particularly nasty experience when I didn't get what I was expecting after popping "Free Willy" into the DVD player. How could that NOT be what it clearly indicated it was?

What happened Ray? Did you get a copy of the Clinton White House security tapes?

Hehehehe...in fact their's a movie called The Fluffer. No it's not porn, and no it's not worth watching. What a waste of time that one was.

I hope you don't mind me going back to the original question. I'm an electrical engineer and I'm here to tell you that using a bananna plug will not be any better or worse than other connection methods. I just stripped my wires back and tinned the strands with solder. This made a nice strong connection using Axiom's high quality binding posts. If you choose this method be careful you don't cut into the wire when stripping the insulation off. I'm using a high flex 14 ga. that has some real small strands. They were a but delicate while stripping and it took a while, but I know I have an excellent connection on the speaker and at the amp.
