The 3805 is your best bet. The 4802 price premium is not justified by the features it offers. Also, while your exuberance is infectious, there isn't a whole lot out there right now to justify the expense of the two extra speakers for the 7.1 set up. If you think you need them, take bigjohn's suggestion and look at direct fire versus the Qs.

I agree with the idea of M2's as rear surrounds. This is especially important if you are planning on listening to any multichannel audio. Music sounds better coming from direct radiating speakers, and the multichannel music tracks are mixed using 5 direct radiating speakers. Also, a pair of M2's costs considerably less than a pair of QS8's.
