First off, I have to let ya all know, I am now the very proud and excited owner of one verrrrry big Mitsubishi WS-65711 RPTV !!! It's been a long wait, with too many set backs, but it's here at last.. And let me just say this about the picture, "WOOOOOOHOOOOOO !!"
Full story and photos to follow..
Ok, let me preface this with "No matter what you think you know, you always find out you didn't know it all"..
I have most everything going, but I am unable to get the sound from the digital lead from the back of the t/v, to the digital input on the back of the Denon 3802, to work ?
What am I missing here, or, what combination do I enter on the Denon and/or MIts to access the signal from the t/v ???

LFE ! The rest is just details..

Sorry this is probably a stupid response and might not be any use to you at all, but is there a switch designated for it? I know my tv has a swictch for some stupid reason saying either use these outs, or this one here. Maybe its assigned in the on screen menu?

Feesye,
No worries mate.. Like they say, no such thing as a stupid question.. And get this, it WAS a simple switch, right on the front of the reciever.. !? I was going nuts trying to understand the instructions on these beasts.. Finally gave up, and went 'analog'.. Just started pushing buttons.. haha
Found it, but it still took time.. You can't tell me there isn't a simpler way to explain these things.. Or, at least build them with the 'me' in mind ? haha.. Way too many redundant procedures.. Too bad they can't just build one without all the bells and whistles.. Make it simple, cheap, and powerful.. I guess I got no room to complain.. After all, the price was great, and it's powerful enough for the time being.. I'm a happy camper..
Thanks again for the input..
