I am just about two days away from finally upgrading my theater. Thanks so much to all of you who contributed to my decisions thus far.
Okay, few last questions.
Many people here know I live in Bermuda. We have stone walls here and potential acoustical problems. I have heard the M22's have the tendancy to be "bright" when played to louder volumes. Also, my living room is 22 x 15. Do you think the larger living room and stone walls are a bad match for the M22's? I simply cannot afford the M60's (well, right now!) which I would really like to get. The front end price plus shipping and duty is an overkill in price comparison with the extra fees.
I would rather wait than be dissappointed. I do not have the ability to return the system without a heavy blow to the wallet.
Last question, what is the on axis, off axis response like of the VP150. Not too mant companies produce the TMMMT design and need to be rassured the design works.
Thanks

If you find them a bit bright due to reflections against the walls, you could fill the room with curtains. It can be done very tastefully and will reduce reflected noise quite a bit.

I guess my main concern is do they have the ability to fill a larger room without any loss to clarity or "brightness?" I know this is a very loose term but Fedex ain't cheap and I want to avoid returns. I have been debating other brands to avoid potential problems and just wanted a little feedback.

Perhaps then you ought to consider Paradigm, a similar company, that DOES have supported retailers in the states to which you might travel.
I don't have these particular speakers so I can't speak from personal experience but everything I've read has stated that they do a fantasic job of filling a room.
