That depends on what your definition of "grass" is.

I was just reading the Audioholics sight and found this statement odd for something that has won product of the year:
In reply to:
While we await our review samples of the new Axiom Audio EP 500, here is your chance to win one!
That is dated December 15th.
OK....how do you give a product an award before you review it?
I'm not questioning the subs' performance, I am questioning the award process.

I'd send them an email about that one. As much as I love Axiom, that's certainly fishy. I hope we're not getting into the same problem that print magazine have. If you advertise with them, you get good press. Axiom's product are good enough, they don't need that garbage.

I guess they base the sneak peak on what they heard at axiom. Of course that might be a bit early to add them to the product of the year or whatever but oh well.

I think it was from their review of a pre-production model. I sure am happy with my EP600, I'd be even happier if I came up with a way to isolate the rest of the house...
Where did you see the comment about winning one? (I could use a EP500 upstairs...)

I don't know but I sure would like to try..
If anything it would be really nice to hear the difference between the EP500 and the EP600.
I think I am going to have to 'box' in the HT in the basement to give it a floor off the concrete, and to insulate the floor above, as the floor flexes and vibrates too much right now when watching movies.

Hopefully we will get some UNBIASED reviews, perhaps someone who isn’t getting paid by axiom for advertising.
The subwoofer market will be tough to crack…………….
