I went from an HK 3270 to HK630 driving my M2s and the difference seemed pretty significant. The M2s seemed like even better speakers on the 630. Don't know how much is better filtering between M2/sub vs. how much is related to bigger/better power amp but the difference seems significant.

Disclaimer -- I have *not* done direct A/B testing between the receivers so this is relying on memory only.

I think you're going to be VERY happy, even if you never know whether the speakers or the receiver made the difference

Ahhh... but bigger amps are better. Just look at those dials. They go to 11. Smaller amps only go to 10. That's one more now, isn't it?

Is that an armadillo in his trousers, or has he just been sitting in the basement staring at those Axioms and that HK too long?
