Thanks for all the replies. Upon cking authorized e-distributors from the Denon site, they all charge full retail. I think I will go with COSTCO. They are local and offer refund if it has a problem. I will roll the dice and assume a quality product like Denon will not have repair issues in the first 1-3 years.
I haven't decide on the TV yet. A $2K price difference is huge!

Good luck with your denon purchase. If I had the funds I would likely do the same. Tell us more when you get hooked up. Pics are always nice.
I noticed you play tennis and live in california. Couple of guys on this forum(spiff and curtis) like to play as well. From what I read, they got game.
