Hello
I just read a few posts in which others people had suspicions that their centers / surrounds / main speakers were not working properly. (either a tweeter was thought not to be working or something else).
How can I test if the speakers are working fine ?
Is the test tone of the receiver a sufficient test?
Regards

Hi,
Yes, the receiver's test signal is a "pink noise" signal that comprises equal energy per octave across the audible bandwidth. But put your ear close to each driver so you can confirm that each driver is producing output. Set the volume at a reasonable listening level.
