 Sony 70" vs Hitachi 70"

Can anyone give me any information comparing these two TVs. I am in the beginning stages of our home theater and have read several pro and con statements on both.

Wow! It looks as though you know more than "We" do on This subject!
I had looked at the Sony back in January and had discounted it at that time because it was "old" technology compared to the newer Sony models that had receintly been brought out. It even had a lower power bulb than the 60"!
I do understand that the Sony 70" is being massively upgraded, but since I've already purchassed my new TV, I've pretty well stopped looking.
But; "Welcome to the Forum"! And if we can help you with any questions about speakers(or just about anything "audio") feel free to dive right in!!
