Do you have anything that solves the audio synchronization problem that
occurs with HDTV?
------------------------------------
Hello Joe,
If you don't have a recent AV receiver that has audio synchronization
adjustment, you can try this fix. It does require an AV receiver with
adjustable delay on the center channel (all AV receivers have this feature).
Try adjusting the delay time on the center (dialog) channel. That may be
represented in "feet" or distance from your listening chair or in
milliseconds of delay time. But sometimes you can improve things depending
on how much range your AV receiver
provides in delay times. I've used it on occasion for the odd DVD when I get
lip-sync problems.
You also might try direct connection of your HDTV video signal to your video
display, bypassing the AV receiver. Try different connections such as
component video or HDMI to see if that will eliminate any lip-sync problems
you are experiencing.
Kind regards,
Alan
