I doubt that extends to Dwight near where I also have a place on Lake of Bays. The flood plain is along the Big East River north of Huntsville about 25-30km away.

True, but not knowing where anyone lives and the amount of rain with the quick temperature change could have a lot of people getting wet.
My sump pump has been running almost continuous for the last couple weeks. It died on me a few years back right after the bassment was finished. I was lucky for the most part and I hope I never have to go through that again. The next house most certainly will not have one as it's just another constant concern.

Sump pump (I don't think I ever knew how to spell that!) is the catchword around the water cooler at Axiom. "Is yours working?" "will your generator run yours?" "I know where you can get one, but you can't tell anyone I told you . . ." Dwight is fine, though, and all the little loudspeakers are warm and dry. Thanks for asking Hay!
