I'm finally getting around to buying more Stephen Chow (of Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle fame) movies. I got four in the mail this week, and I just watched two today. Audio and video quality are as crappy as you'd expect, and the subtitles leave a lot to be desired, but you get enough of the gist to enjoy them.

Forbidden City Cop was insane and hilarious. His relationship with his wife in the movie is great. It's amazing to see such concentrated dorkiness in a film. America's really behind on this front (go, Peter, go).

From Beijing With Love was also very good. The scene where he has to get a bullet removed from his leg is priceless.

I still have King of Comedy and Love on Delivery to watch, so what am I doing online?
