Anyone with an HK AVR140 ? I want to know if I can connect a pair of Algonquins on " zone 2 " or " speakers B" or " back surrounds" etc.. in addition to a 5.1 HT system that is. I don't have the unit in hand and can't seem to download the manual from the HK site..

Assuming it's anything like my AVR525, then yes, you can connect them on zone 2, using the back surround speaker terminals. You'll need to go into the menus and assign those amps to zone 2 instead of back surrounds. This is assuming that it is zone 2 capable... Here's the manual. Oh. Their server is down. Nemmind...

Thanks Kcarlile, I'm hoping that is the case, that I can use the "back surrounds" as my " zone 2" .. And like you confirmed, the website is down..hence my post
