I just purchased the harmony 628 remote from Costco. Seems to have all the features I will need for some time to come and it couldn't be any easier to setup. Very customizable. One touch DVD watching, my wife loves that as does my 4 year old. It appears to be a modified version of the 659, it has a modified key position from the 659 and apparently has a glitch with the guide button for Sattelite boxes( I found this info on Remotecentral) I do not have a SAT box so not a real concern for me. For the price I don't believe you could go wrong.

How much was the 628? I just bought myself a 659, very nice aside from the fact that it hates my TV.

I too bought this remote after hearing a great review from a fellow AV enthusiast, and it has made my home life immmesurably more peaceful. I think it might have been the best upgrade to my system until my Axioms started arriving.
But I'll share one great story about it (that I hope my Sweetie does not find out about...0
I came home the other day to find an unhappy girlfriend, standing in the middle of the livingroom, holding the remote, stating, in a very exasperated tone, "The Remote is not working! I wanted to play CDs and I kept hitting the play CDs button, and nothing would come out. I tried the help button, and that didn't help either!"
Uh Oh, something's wrong with the remote.
I took a look, and it didn't take long to figure out what the issue was.
"Honey, there are no CDs in the CD player. You have to put something in it for it to play."

But it really is a great remote. Best use of the internet I have seen in ages.

I paid $200 for mine at Crutchfield, but I did no shopping online for it at all. I wanted it, and I wanted it that day, and I go by Crutchfield every day.
