Your sub search is over.

Look Here

An check out this (highly technical) review: Gut wrenching lows, musical accuracy.

Quite bizzare.

Read half of it. Will read more. Not a review as it is driven towards a conclusion that would require the reviewer several years to understand all this allegedly new stuff for him (thus written by manufacturer). Does not mean it is wrong! \:\)

AND... Still 25K$... ;\)

That's a sub-subwoofer! FR graph drops off at 35hz. One more thing to add to the list!;\)

This product has been around for some time.

I agree with Mojo, this is "old" news, and since it has been around for some time, it just goes to show how much the industry has started to use this "great" technology....

Thanks for posting Fred, my sarcasm above was directed at the "subwoofer" and not you. I am sure there are lots of people that hadn't seen this before, and now they can check it out too.

Thanks again!

The first models of PS3 were using this technology... generating large amount of SPLs using a fan... \:\)

No offense taken Nick.

I thought you would like it Jason. You were the first person I thought of when the reviewer called movie lfe 'gut wrenching'.

Human ingenuity is quite amazing. Even if it dosn't work as well as advertised how would someone ever think to reproduce sound with a fan?
