You thought we'd forgotten, didn't you? Truth is, if you hadn't posted I would not have seen the cake. And the odometer ticks on...

Happy Birthday, Rich! We seem to have a lot of board members who are skilled at getting older. . .
By the way, you should talk to your parents--they made you miss the May birthday fest on the forum by a couple days.

Add another Birthday greeting. Pay no attention to Sean, you were born in the best month possible, IMO.

Just for that, I'm gonna purposefully forget yours! Look at the bright side--at least you won't get older, right?

I may have stopped getting older once my son's were born, I have no time to age. Now if I can just convince my body of the same thing and all will be good.

Thanks to all of you for the kind wishes. Age is definitely mostly a state of mind... until you find out that you don't quite rebound as well from a long night of frosty ones or tequila. Or that friendly pickup game of basketball/softball/touch football has you walking gingerly the next morning. After work today I need to go to a board meeting for a small company I have an investment in. Then my boys (Sam and Noah for those who've been wondering) will meet me and my wife & daughter out for dinner, and finally to the house for some cake. Pretty mellow, but still an excellent way to spend the day. Any serious "hydration" won't happen until the weekend, when my brother comes in from out of town. Thanks again. Rich

Or that friendly pickup game of basketball/softball/touch football has you walking gingerly the next morning. The older I get, the more I like ibuprofen. NSAIDs are your friend. Unless you have peptic ulcers, etc. My lawyer is having a heart attack now. "What are you doing, that could be construed as medical advice!" Anyway, let me get back to reality ... and the fun of another Axiom birthday. Sounds like you'll have a nice quiet time with the family. Enjoy! Best wishes!!!

A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.
