Watched the 2010 movie called Monsters. Some alien DNA came crashing to earth in upper Mexico and lower USA. They've been fighting them creatures now for years and they still manage to keep spreading. At least it solved the border crossing problem.

... a robot uprising is much more likely than a zombie apocalypse. It's only a matter of time. Skynet is closer than you think

The Amazing Spider-Man
It felt long at parts, but I was actually really entertained. I didn't really know what to expect, as I'd avoided reading about it until skimming the High-Def Digest review. I'm glad they decided to start over, even if I never did watch the third Sam Raimi entry, which I always heard was the crappiest. Tobey Maguire bugged me a lot. Emma Stone usually bugs me slightly, but I didn't mind her so much in this one.
They've really gotten good at making Spider-Man move cool, too.

I discovered the old BBC TV show MI:5 on Netflix and if you like the spy game, it's fantastic. The writing and acting is top notch. I'll admit to being a 24 fan too, but MI:5 is much more believable. I've watched the first two seasons now and hopefully the rest of the run was just as good. I'll find out.

Thanks for reminding me, as I'd been meaning to watch it a while ago, but I got sidetracked.

Watched "The Lorax" with the family tonight and it makes good use of the surround channels.

Thanks for the warning. Adding it to my "Do not watch or recommend Sharon watch it some night I'm away, list."
With great power comes Awesome irresponsibility.
