I think someone switched our weather. That sounds like Calif.

We're FINALLY expecting some snow in the local mountains down here. I think the news was saying snow levels supposed to come down to 1400ft or so. Kinda strange weather down here. Today it's gone from sunny to overcast to windy to rainy and back again. Driving home I went from windy and cold to rainy with low visibility to sunny and dry all in 25 miles! This is going to be an interesting weekend. . .

Yup. The coasts seem to have traded weather today. This weekend is going to be like I never left California.

One of the guys from our Santa Clara office was up in Toronto for the week. He lives in the hills near Santa Cruz.

He called his wife today and gave me a funny look when he got off the phone. Apparently it was snowing in Santa Cruz... and it was warm & rainy in Toronto. Something is odd for sure.

Enjoy it. I'm not enjoying my 6+ inches of snow up in Flag.

In reply to:

Not a hint of snow in Fresno yet...

Two days later...nope, nada, zip, zilch. I guess it was too good to be true. Having snow fall in Fresno is quite rare.

The snow gods weren't listening to us. That or the local weathermen suck around here...

3 days of snow now, the sun peeked out for about an hour this morning, enough to melt the roads so they can freeze right back up and make driving really fun.
