I don't know how FedEx is supposed to address this kind of problem. But packing it back up and sending it to you, in hopes no one would notice? It's insulting. I'm sure Amie has FedEx hot on this one as they ship enough merchandise that they should get some personal attention.
I'm sure Axiom is sending you another amp? And FedEx should throw in a partridge in a pear tree.
Funny that just the other day we were defending Axiom in that a loose wire or loose screw could result in shipping. Now I think no one would argue
