The entire scene is from the 1:12:40 timestamp until about 1:13:20 with a woman walking down a dark hallway accompanied by a loud heartbeat like pulse which goes up at least 10db the moment she opens a door into a creepy lab.

It won't damage the EP600 so let your ears decide how high you want to go with it. Dogs, cats and significant others may feel otherwise.
