I just got back to this thread. No, it's not Eva Cassidy, although she's great, too.

I just went and checked. The singer is Nancy LaMott. I have two or three of her CDs. If you like Eva Cassidy, I think you'll like Nancy LaMott.

The recording quality on her CDs is variable. I think there is one I resisted getting ("Live at Tavern on the Green") because her mike is so sibilant that I knew no amount of tone control manipulation or EQ could correct it.
