I agree with no ketchup on a hot dog... the two restaurants I worked at to fund my audio, drug and car habits in high school agreed on mustard, onions and relish (and one added cheese standard and bacon) - I personally like wine sauerkraut as well.

On the other side, relish has no place on a hamburger outside of a cafeteria where "pickle packets" aren't available.

At home, I eat my burgers with ketchup, mustard, onions, pickle slivers (garlic dill) on the heel (bottom) and ranch dressing on the crown (top). Chicken/turkey burgers I eat with homemade "chicken grill sauce" (about 2 parts mayo/miracle whip to 1 part italian dressing), a tomato slice and salt and pepper.

A good breakfast on the go - take a sesame seed bagel, cut in half and toast, microwave a beaten egg until cooked, add two strips of ready-crisp bacon from the microwave, salt and pepper to taste. Stole the idea from a breakfast bagel at Great Canadian Bagel here.
