if you are looking for just a straight stereo use, 2 channel receiver, there are lots of new, very powerful options avail.. i dont know specific model numbers, but with the HT receiver boom, the simplier 2 ch amps are cheap, and readily avail.

look on ebay, or do some genral searches to see whats out there..
