My Wharf's came with nice spikes, but their solution for hard surfaces really stinks. For each spike, they also supplied a hard,round,plastic piece that is hollowed out to mate to the bottom of the spike.
First, they don't always stay affixed to the spikes when moving the speakers around. Sometimes, just tilting the speaker back will cause the plastic pieces to fall off the front spikes. Secondly, I don't like the fact they are hard plastic instead of rubber. Wouldn't rubber better dampen any vibrations that might be present?
Any idea where I can find an aftermarket solution?
