Wow, thats one serious gaming rig!

How close do you sit to the speakers? I would think that once you get too close, you would get separation of the speakers, particularly the fronts and center.

Agreed. I sit closer then I like for games, but I back off to about 6' when watching blu-rays. That definitely helps... I'm still screwed for games but that's not necessarily as critical.

OK, that makes sense. Thanks.

How do you like the M22s nearfield?

Welcome to the forum, Mike. Very nice looking set up. Must seem like you are actually in the games.

Impressive. Apart from the sub, which looks too much like a cardboard box for my taste. ;\)
Additional: May be you should just wall mount the M22s, you seem to have the space. I have 2 walmounted and bent towards the listener and it works great.

The imaging is good, even with the amount of separation between the speakers, but I'm sure it would sound better if there were only one 30 between them, lol. I wish they had more mid-bass, that is really my only disappointment. Apart from that I've been very pleased with them.

That is the plan, although not where I am currently at. I've been renting since a divorce, but I'm house shopping now. Once I get into my own place I will definitely be wall mounting the surrounds, the monitors and running as much wire in-wall as possible. If I can find a place with an unfinished basement I may even build a false wall.

Thanks again for all the comments!

Impressive setup!

Wall mounting the M22s will improve that mid-bass as well!
