I'd concur with JohnK's suggestions and also point out that the VP100, properly set up, has excellent timbre matching with the M22s.

Likewise, the QS4s would be excellent for your room and would provide a superior sense of envelopment at various listening locations in the room. When you sit in the "sweet spot" using direct-radiating surrounds (the M2i's have a closer timbral match to the M22s than the M3ti's) at the sides, there is little difference from the QS4s. But when you move away from the sweet spot, the QS4s deliver superb envelopment throughout the room, and they do so without losing directional acuity for "hard-mixed" sounds.
