Very nice home.
The M60s are efficient speakers so driving them will be no problem. The question is how loud do you like to listen? If that is 95+dB levels, that is where dynamic headroom comes into play. Excess watts give you great clarity even during peaks at loud levels. If you don't anticipate listening at those levels that receiver should work fine.
As far as the SVS PB10 that should work awesome for you. I have the PB12 and I almost think it is overkill for my applications. If I could do it all over again I would have no qualms going with the PB10. It's a great sub.
