That is a good point. The SVS will be a good match for your speakers with the current receiver, but if you upgrade the amplification in the future (the speakers will handle it) then you might start to hit the limits of the sub.

You probably will want a bigger sub if/when you get the bigger amp/receiver so might be worth going up a bit right now. Just a thought...
