Well, there are a lot of good AVR's out there to pick from.. Instead of giving you brand names, I suggest you take a good look at most of the gear in the $1000 range.. Then check around for a good sale.. Buying this stuff is almost as bad as computers.. If you have a little time, wait, and pick up on a close out special.. It's a great way to stretch your spending cash..
