I use my Auto Setup, but don't use the EQ part. The Auto Setup will adjust your delay (distances), and levels (dB's) of each speaker to the primary listening position. When you run the test you want the microphone to be placed about ear level in the primary listening position. A tripod is best so your not in the way. Each speaker will vary depending on its location and the room environment, the auto setup will adjust each speakers dB level so they are all the same SPL.

The Eq adjusts the various frequencies, so it might bump up the midrange or treble frequencies. I have found this makes my 60's sound worse, and I don't use the EQ.
