THe crossover is normally fastened to the back panel on the inside, although I'm not 100% sure where it is on a VP150. There is one crossover per speaker box -- it separates the high frequencies from the low frequencies. The binding posts on the back of the speaker are connected to the crossover, then wires run from the crossover to the woofers and tweeters. Don't worry about that for now

The only good way to get a stuck speaker out is to remove a speaker that ISN'T stuck (ie one of the woofers, hopefully) then push the stuck speaker out from the back.

Remember that with the magnet off there is nothing protecting the tweeter guts from being poked out from behind, so don't push unless it feels like you are pushing on a flat plate
