I just got done playing it on my HTPC which is almost exactly those specs... P4 3Ghz, 1Gig RAM... Set it to my TV's native res of 1280x720 on medium settings and it ran pretty well. I even had vsync on because the game does tend to tear a lot... other than that its EXTREMELY pretty.
