Sometimes when I am with a really annoying patient I will drift off to my happy place, and think of how I'll hit the board after said patient leaves. It's like getting a fix.

BTW, I'm back after a 10 day vacation in which I met up with tomtuttle in the great Northwest. Hopefully, pix to follow. But first, getting back to work. Yay.
