Wow, I'm not sure what to say, maybe someone else will chime in. To bad one of us Axiom buddies does not live near you.

There is also the reset option of your Denon, to set it back to factory defaults? If you look in the troublshooting section in the manual, it describes how you hold down a few buttons near the main power switch, while you turn off/on the unit. This may help, not sure...
