DOH. I figured it out...

I had my "blinders" on and was thinking "Sub AMP" not general audio AMP. DUH! 2 channel AMP is for speakers (right/left), 4 channel AMP is for Right and Left combinations both Front and Rear...

Mono AMP is all that is needed for a sub.
