To answer your question..........go to the Paypal site, (and if you haven't already), follow the prompts and input a credit card#.
Your purchases will come off the card. If you also sell items (i.e. Ebay, etc.)the proceeds will go into your account (it sounds like you already have one). Depending on your account balances........purchases will come out of your balance first.
To get your cash from sales, you can request they send you a check.....or you can link a bank account to your Paypal account, and they will do an electronic transfer.
I have been busy, selling on Ebay....and using Paypal.
