I just don't get how these carriers keep hiring such fine accountable employees. Maybe they should take it out of their checks, that might help.

I am with you, but you don't exactly get the cream of the crop for $12-14hr and the union would never stand for an employee having to pay for the damages he caused.
At least Axiom's customer service makes up for the shipping deficiencies, hopefully the next speaker will make it unscathed.
