Do all of the extras play fine? Sometimes if the extras are in standard definition then they will be in PAL (from areas near and in the UK and in Australia) and your tv (and blu-ray player) will be incompatible with the signal. I think that all high-def movies will be in 24 fps though. So as long as it isn't region encoded then it will be fine to play anywhere in the world. However, some are region encoded. There are three regions for blu-ray's: A, B and C. There are six regions for dvd's. The link below has more details.
