I had one of these for lunch today. I sliced the slab of peameal thin, fried it in a pan and put it on a nice crusty roll with mayo, lettuce and tomato and topped it all with melted cheese. YUM!
Throw a nice, runny egg on top of that too...getting...hun..gry..
