After having my new equipment sitting in the U.S. for a month, a friend was finally able to bring my Denon 4310 AVR and 2500 blu-ray player.
Couldn't wait so I was up till one in the morning wiring it up and doing a very, very basic setup. (Went better when I stopped looking at the manual) This unit is replacing an old Yamaha 5.1 system. All I can say is WOW. This is at low volume, without any type of balancing or adjustments to the speakers. There is a new level of detail and clarity that I had been missing before. 7 channel surround playing Alan Parson project at low volume was a treat. I hope to complete the setup today and try it out with some volume to see what it can do.
