I'm one of those guys. About 30' of RG6 running from the equipment closet to the back of the room with RCA connectors screwed on both ends.

I do also have some BlueJeans sub cables for the front of the room. These are more expensive and do not add anything performance-wise, but they are extremely flexible and helped me get around some tight corners/walls that the RG6 couldn't accommodate.

If you don't have any special requirements like that, almost any cable you buy will perform exactly the same with your sub.
