Did you look at the graphs Headroom provides before you purchased these? The measurements are awful. . It might not tell you the entire story but it will give you a good idea. Your apple iBuds would work just as well as those when it comes to sound quality. If you are looking for anything that resembles the "Axiom" sound these won't be it. The frequency response graphs are similar to those of Bose headphones. Quiet comfort series.
