Personally, I would go with whatever you can afford and will fit. The M80's will sound better than the M60's.
The M60's will sound better than the M22's.
The M22's will sound better than the M2's.

etc...

The M3's and the M50's are probably in the same league, with diminished mid-range and a bass hump.
