This week marks one year with my Axioms (7.1\ M60/500/QS8---in wood, ya cheap bastards---in wood).

I am no less excited about each and every "sit-down" than I was 12 months ago.

Biggest addiciton problems:

More than once, I have mistakenly purchased CD's on my way TO work. Listened on the car's stock system, then a couple of hours more at the job-site on my boombox.

When I've hit a listening "wow" moment, I have actually packed up and gone home early. I could no longer wait to hear this (whatever) cool new thing like it really SHOULD sound. (I'm self-emp. I can, occassionally, get away with that.)

They have made me late for just about everything, and everyone I know has been pissed with me at least once because of it (them).

Now that I have the Axioms, I find that I just don't need as many friends as I used to have. At least not the ones who refuse to enable me.

Always call the place you live a house. When you're old, everyone else will call it a home.
